Pricing FAQ
What is the service fee calculated on?
Calendar-month volume, by tier: 5% up to RM10,000, 4% for RM10,001–50,000, and 3% above RM50,000 subject to reconciliation approval.
Can prepaid funds be refunded?
The prepaid balance is not withdrawable and is limited to compute consumption. Minimum end-user top-up is RM20. Confirmed billing errors or unfulfilled services can offset future consumption; special refunds require approval.
When is the supplier deposit returned?
Within 30 business days, interest-free, on a no-breach exit. Where a breach occurs, deductions follow the order: rolling reserve, pending earnings, frozen deposit.
How long do withdrawals take and what is the fee?
Earnings withdrawals require an application and admin approval, with a 2% fee. Settlement terms are T+14 for new suppliers and T+7 for established ones.
