Five-step closed-loop onboarding, verifiable qualification
Suppliers pass entity KYC, authorisation proof, key testing and deposit before gaining supply eligibility. The platform has explicit handling rules for fake keys and breaches.

Refunded on no-breach exit, confiscated on breach
- 4
Listing
Models enter the whitelist candidate pool

Deposits and performance rules
Individual / small supplier
RM 4,000
Enterprise supplier
RM 15,000
Rolling reserve
10% – 20%
Refund window
30 business days
- The deposit is a performance guarantee, not consumable, and held in a separate frozen ledger.
- On a no-breach exit the full deposit is refunded interest-free within 30 business days.
- On breach, deductions follow a fixed order: rolling reserve → pending earnings → frozen deposit → right of recovery.
- Fake keys are confiscated outright and supply eligibility is revoked.
Two key concepts
Admin “supplier onboarding”
The platform's approval process for supplier applications. Admin tests connectivity, functionality, pricing, latency and stability; on passing, the supplier posts a deposit, enters the whitelist and gains tier permissions. Only approved suppliers see order volume and revenue management.
“Upstream resource pool”
The model API channels contracted or uploaded by users or admin — the underlying supply for model invocation. Upstream pools and supplier onboarding are two sides of the same coin.
What you need to apply
- Entity documents (business licence or equivalent)
- Payout account details, name matching the entity
- Model list and quoted pricing
- Upstream authorisation proof (must not breach upstream terms)
- Working API key and connectivity notes
- Technical and operations contacts

Supplier FAQ
Can I onboard without upstream authorisation?
No. Suppliers must ensure models come from lawful sources without breaching upstream terms, and must provide authorisation proof. Without it, no official-account claims may be made publicly.
What happens if key testing fails?
Keys that fail testing are not listed. Keys verified as fake or invalid are confiscated outright and supply eligibility is revoked. Testing typically runs 7–14 days at low volume.
What are the settlement terms?
T+14 for new suppliers, T+7 for established suppliers. Large or anomalous orders go to manual review, during which related settlement is frozen.
