This Notice applies to the computing relay and distribution platform operated by NEXORA AI SDN. BHD. and all of its three terminal systems.
Article 1 Governing Law
This Platform and its agreements are governed by Malaysian law. Formal provisions concerning supplier agreements, data confidentiality, content safety, breach deductions and limitation of liability should be reviewed by counsel under applicable Malaysian law.
Article 2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the Platform’s services shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; failing which, they shall be submitted to the competent court at Party A’s place of registration.
Article 3 Effect and Priority
The agreements set out in this package are the complete versions for the Platform’s official launch and take precedence within a consistent scope over executed contracts and operational documents. Where this package is inconsistent with a specific executed contract, the formal contract signed and sealed by both parties prevails.
Article 4 Amendment and Notice
The Platform may amend and publish this package from time to time. Amendments take effect on the date of publication, and continued use by users, institutions and suppliers constitutes acceptance.
