This Policy explains how NEXORA AI SDN. BHD. (the “Platform”) collects, uses, shares and protects information in the course of providing its computing relay and distribution services.
Article 1 Collection
To provide registration, KYC, billing, calling, settlement and risk control services, the Platform collects: entity details (name, contact details, identity and qualification information), account and login information, payment and receiving account information, model call and consumption logs, and device and network information.
Identity information required for KYC is used solely to verify identity and account consistency.
Article 2 Use
The Platform uses the above information only to the extent necessary to provide services, reconcile billing, scan content for safety, conduct risk control and audit, improve services and fulfil statutory obligations, and does not use personal information for unrelated purposes.
The Platform may use de-identified aggregate data for statistics and product optimization.
Article 3 Sharing and Protection
Except as necessary to perform services, process payments, meet legal requirements or with user consent, the Platform does not disclose personal information to third parties. The minimal necessary information provided to suppliers or payment institutions is required to be protected to a standard no lower than this Policy.
The Platform protects data through encryption, access control, key rotation and audit logging.
Article 4 Retention, Rights and Updates
The Platform retains information for the period required by law or necessary for services and sets retention periods accordingly. Users have the right to access, correct and delete their information and to close their accounts.
Updates to this Policy are announced; material changes will require renewed consent.
